The Seattle Architecture Foundation (SAF) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

SAF does not share visitor information with any other organization or for any commercial purposes. All information gathered on our website is for our internal use only such as improving the content of our website, facilitating program registrations and processing contributions to the organization. Visitors are welcome to use this website without registering or completing any forms.

Our site’s registration and contribution forms require visitors to provide contact and, when registering, financial information (such as name, mailing address including zip code, email address, credit card numbers, and demographic and profile data may also be collected at our site.) The financial information we collect is for the sole purpose of collecting program registration fees and contributions to SAF.

When making a contribution to SAF, if you do not wish to be contacted by SAF, you have the option to make your donation anonymously, in which case neither your name nor any other information about you will be transmitted to SAF. You will still receive an acknowledgement of your gift from Seattle Architecture Foundation, and your gift will remain tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Our site contains links to other sites where the content of such sites is appropriate for a general audience and viewers of all ages. SAF is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. We provide links from our website to help fulfill our mission to connect people to the profound influence of design and inspire them to engage in shaping their communities.

Our sites may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
